  • Orders are binding upon payment confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders (e.g., for pricing errors or stock issues).

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation via email; review it promptly for accuracy.


3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are in CHF, inclusive of 7.7% Swiss VAT (non-refundable for international buyers).

  • Payment methods: Credit cards, TWINT, PayPal.

  • Customs duties for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Switzerland: 2–4 business days (excluding delays beyond our control).

  • International: Shipping times vary; tracking is provided.

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.


5. Returns & Refunds

  • 14-day return period from delivery (unworn, original packaging, tags attached).

  • Process: Email [email protected] for a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

  • Refunds: Issued as store credit (or original payment for defective items).

  • Non-returnable: Custom/personalized items, sale products, gift cards.


6. Product Details

  • Colors/materials may vary slightly due to screen settings or craftsmanship.

  • Sizing guides are recommendations; contact us for specific measurements.


7. Intellectual Property

  • All website content (logos, designs, text) is owned by Kinforyou.

  • Unauthorized use (including resale of products) is prohibited.


8. Liability & Disclaimers

  • We are not liable for:

    • Minor product variations (e.g., stone placement in handmade items).

    • Delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

  • Jewelry care instructions must be followed to maintain quality.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

  • Governed by Swiss law.

  • Disputes must be filed in Zurich courts.
